We ship orders within 1–2 business days after payment is received. We work with trusted courier partners to make sure your preserves arrive clean, cool, and on time.

Tracking your order
Once your parcel is handed to the courier, we email you a tracking number. If 5 business days have passed and your parcel has not arrived, drop us a line — we will track it down with you.
Returns
If the product did not work for you or arrived damaged, you can return it within 14 days of receipt. Email us first and we will agree on the return method.
Conditions
- Packaging must be unopened, or damage documented with photos.
- Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the returned product.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the mistake was on our side.
